Frequently asked questions and age verification I have a problem with my tickets, what should I do? Unfortunately Winterbeerfest does not have control of the ticket sales, but we are concerned with any problems you may have. IF you have troubles check: the FAQ here If you still have trouble: email them here. We have been very happy with the level of support tickefly has provided. Please let us know if you feel otherwise. We will do everything in our power to correct any problems you may encounter. Please understand that the winterbeerfest team will not be in contact with our emails the day of show. Is there an age limit to get into the show? No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants or strollers are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo I.D. (no exceptions).
I have a ticket for Session 1, can I use it to go to Session 2 instead? Is The Event Indoor or Outdoor? Will Food be Available? Yes. Chips, pretzels and other munchies will be available for sale on location. How does the Designated Driver ticket work? The designated driver pays $10 to get in. The designated driver receives a different color wristband to get in. Any designated driver ticket holder who is seen sampling will be immediately removed from the festival.This is for your own safety.
